- A described digital product was not delivered within the stated timeframe and we cannot remedy delivery;

Non-refundable items

- Completed one-to-one sessions already delivered, unless required by law or expressly stated at booking;
- Third-party fees (payment processor surcharges, app store purchases governed by those platforms);
- Promotional or heavily discounted offers marked “final sale” at purchase.
How to request
Email touch@zomralexjrexao.world with “Refund request” in the subject line, your full name, purchase date, and receipt or transaction identifier. We may ask follow-up questions to verify eligibility.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback, we may pause access to related services until the dispute is resolved. We encourage contacting us first so we can address billing issues directly when possible.
